What the demo saves.
This notice covers the persistent Cleard refund demo and its Google sign-in. Updated 30 September 2026.
Your sign-in information
Google sign-in requests your name, profile picture and email address. Supabase Auth processes and stores the account identity so the demo can verify your sign-in and connect you to your private workspace. The application uses your verified account identifier for workspace access.
The demo does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. Its application server does not retain Google API access tokens or use them to read other Google services.
Your demo records
The database stores the order references, fictional amounts, refund beneficiaries, claim text and decision reasons you enter, together with signed test records, timestamps and action history. These records let you return to the same simulation later.
Use fictional information. Do not enter payment credentials, wallet recovery phrases, real customer information or confidential dispute evidence. All amounts are DEMO units and the demo moves no real funds.
Access and service providers
Workspace access is checked against your signed-in account. Other demo accounts cannot read your workspace through the application. Cleard administrators and its infrastructure providers can access data as needed to operate and support the service.
Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the application and may process operational request information such as IP addresses and server logs. This demo does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script.
Cookies and record downloads
The application uses browser cookies for sign-in sessions and a short-lived proof during Google sign-in. Session cookies are inaccessible to page JavaScript. Signing out clears the application's session cookies in that browser; it does not delete saved records.
You can download a purchase record from its workspace. The download includes public test verification keys and the purchase history, but excludes private claim text. Anyone you share a downloaded record with can read its contents.
Retention and questions
Records are saved across visits. No automatic deletion period is configured for demo records, and there is no self-service account deletion screen yet. For questions or a request to remove your account or demo records, contact Cleard through the website form. Include your sign-in email so the team can identify the account; do not include your password.
You can also remove Cleard's Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete records already saved in the demo.
